Strolling in Valencia
There are a million things to see in Spain, such as Salamanca and how about Valencia? Today we will get to know a little bit more about Valencia. First of all we will start from the famous “Casco Antiguo” until the fampus and beautiful church of San Esteban. “Casco Antiguo” is limited by the railroad tracks which have been around since 1865.

In this zone most of the things to see in construction are here. They are all a part of the “conquest times” (in 1238). This period in time were Jaime I had the city. This tour can be done by walking through various stops and also getting to know the Valencia streets and community.

Once you start going through the Valencia streets you will get to the Cathedral. This has a very primitive gothic feel in which there are three sides one roman, another gothic and last of all a barroque. The “Capilla Mayor” is barroque with neoclassic sides. It has a tower in an octagon figure which has a bell that sound all over the city and which also happens to be one of the main things in Valencia. Tourists are able to climb the tower and are awed to see the views. There is also a Cathedral museums that people are able to visit, there are paintings form Goya and Jacomart. There are also the San Esteban church were the Cid married his daughters and were San Vicente Ferrer was baptized.
Valencia has many things to see and has a long legacy of history that is essential for tourists to get to know especially if they plan to visit this city.
