If you are ever in the Tenerife islands the one place you must be able to go and visit are the Pyramides of Güimar. This is one of the best findings there have ever been that have also been studied by various people from arund the world. Just a while back was when these were discovered. At first the people in Tenerife did not think they were pyramides but more like farming buildings that had been previously used. They thought this because these had been seen in the Canary Islands. If you decide to go here there are many hotels that are extremely comftorable and reasonably priced were you can rest well.

When Dr. Heyerdahl got into the island people in Tenerife started thinking differently about what had been found. Years back Heyerdahl had been in charge of an intense investigation in the Peruvian pyramides of Tucume. He had love the pictures that he had taken in Perú which helped him get excited over what he say in the Güimar Valley. 

What he realized that he was looking at in Tenerife were beautiful and great pyramids. They were similar to the Mexican and Peruvian ones that he had previously seen and also ones that were also similar to the Mesopotamia ones.

Today people are able to go and see the Güimar Pyramides in Tenerife. Tourists are able to go inside and look at things and guides are able to describe what happened and count the theories that many think may or may not be true. It all depends on you. It is truly a place to go and visit and walk around getting to know the culture.
